What happened
On October 8 Anthropic introduced the Critical Infrastructure Defense Program with partners such as CrowdStrike and Palo Alto Networks, and OSS Scanner, which offers open-source projects regular free scans. Two days earlier it expanded its Cyber Verification Program for security teams.
