StricklandAI provides:
- AI-powered website generation using artificial intelligence
- Website hosting on StricklandAI subdomains
- Visual website editing tools
- FTP/SFTP connection features for direct server file modification
- Community showcase and sharing features
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to modify any servers you connect
- Maintaining backups of all data before using FTP features
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

THE FTP/SFTP FEATURES OF THIS SERVICE DIRECTLY MODIFY LIVE FILES ON YOUR SERVERS.
By using FTP features, you acknowledge that:
- Changes are permanent and cannot be automatically undone
- Incorrect modifications may break your website or applications
- You must maintain your own backups before making changes
- We are not responsible for any data loss or corruption
- You use these features entirely at your own risk
5. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by our AI:
- Is provided for your use without copyright restrictions from us
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
- Should be reviewed before deployment or public use
- May not be unique - similar content may be generated for other users
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before use.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) the Service will be free of viruses or other harmful components; (c) the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (d) any errors will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRICKLAND TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, files, or content
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Business interruption
- Server downtime or corruption
- Any damages resulting from FTP/SFTP operations
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is less.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strickland Technology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
9. Hosting & Payments
AI website generation is free. Hosting subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, hosted sites will be taken offline at the end of the billing period.
We reserve the right to remove hosted content that violates these Terms or applicable laws, with or without notice.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Strickland Technology Marketing, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on our Service infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:
