Meta Launches Muse for Small Business With QuickBooks, Shopify and Canva Connectors
The short answer
Meta expanded its Muse agent for business owners, connecting it to tools like QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Canva and Facebook and Instagram business accounts. This puts an agent with access to your books, store and ads within a few clicks.
- Meta
- small business tools
- approvals
What happened
Meta announced Muse for Small Business on September 29. The agent can connect to dozens of business tools and Meta's ad and page accounts, and Meta says nothing publishes, sends or spends without the owner's approval.
What it means for your business
This puts an agent with access to your books, store and ads within a few clicks. Connect only what a task needs, and keep approval on for anything customer-facing or money-related.
