Microsoft Offers Small Businesses a Free 30-Day, 25-Seat Copilot Trial Through Partners
The short answer
Microsoft's Copilot in 30 gives companies under 300 employees a no-cost, 25-user Microsoft 365 Copilot Business trial through December 31, 2026. If you run on Microsoft 365, this is a low-cost way to test Copilot on real work.

What happened
Sherweb's September 28 Microsoft update for IT providers says Copilot in 30 pairs 25 Copilot Business seats for 30 days with setup and adoption guidance for organizations under 300 employees. Microsoft's partner terms say trials auto-renew to a paid subscription by default unless changed or cancelled.
What it means for your business
If you run on Microsoft 365, this is a low-cost way to test Copilot on real work. Put a calendar reminder before day 30 so the trial does not quietly convert to 25 paid seats.
